This is a high-trust individual contributor role — you will be the go-to person for IT across the region, operating independently without a team beneath you, and with significant influence over how we secure and scale our infrastructure. /ppYou will combine deep IAM expertise with hands-on EU IT support ownership — managing our Microsoft environment, Atlassian stack, and AI tooling including Claude. The right person is someone who can diagnose a complex Entra ID configuration issue in the morning, ship a laptop to a new hire in the afternoon, and drive a process improvement initiative by end of week — without needing direction. /ph3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3pbIdentity Access Management /b /pulliOwn the full IAM program: SSO, MFA, conditional access, privileged access management (PAM), and identity lifecycle (joiner/mover/leaver) across SaaS and internal applications. /liliArchitect and maintain integrations using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM; administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) as the central identity provider. /liliDesign and enforce RBAC/ABAC access models; lead access reviews and certification campaigns. /liliBuild automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python) to reduce manual identity operations and eliminate orphaned or excessive access. /liliDefine IAM policies and procedures; ensure compliance alignment with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR as applicable. /liliMonitor identity-related security events, investigate anomalies, and lead access-related incident response. /li /ulpbEU IT Operations Support /b /pulliServe as the primary IT point of contact for all EU employees — owning end-to-end support escalation, resolution, and documentation. /liliAdminister the Microsoft 365 full suite: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Defender, and Purview. /liliManage the Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence) at an admin level — configuration, user management, integrations, and workflow optimization. /liliDrive adoption and governance of AI productivity tooling including Claude; support employees in using AI tools effectively and securely. /liliOwn hardware lifecycle: procurement, imaging, configuration, shipping, asset tracking, and secure decommissioning. /liliLead IT onboarding and offboarding — new hires receive working equipment and correct access on day one; departing employees are fully offboarded promptly. /liliMaintain MDM/endpoint management (Intune or Jamf) and device patching across the EU fleet. /liliBuild and maintain a self-service knowledge base; track support metrics and drive systemic fixes over one-off resolutions. /li /ulh3bRequired Qualifications /b /h3ulli5+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years focused on identity and access management or security engineering. /liliDeep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD — conditional access, PIM, identity governance, and Defender integration. /liliStrong working knowledge of authentication and federation protocols: SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM, LDAP. /liliProven experience administering the Microsoft 365 full suite, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Defender. /liliAtlassian administration experience (Jira and Confluence) — user management, integrations, workflow configuration. /liliScripting and automation ability (PowerShell required; Python a plus) for identity workflows and IT operations. /liliDemonstrated experience with endpoint/device management (Intune or Jamf) and IT asset tracking. /liliPractical familiarity with AI productivity tools, particularly Claude — comfortable using, configuring, and governing AI in a business context. /liliAbility to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and make sound judgement calls without close supervision. /liliStrong communication skills in English; Spanish language skills a significant plus. /li /ulh3bPreferred Qualifications /b /h3ulliExperience with privileged access management tools (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea). /liliKnowledge of Zero Trust architecture principles. /liliFamiliarity with identity governance platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt). /liliExperience supporting audit and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST). /liliBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent practical experience. /li /ulpbLIFE @ POWER FACTORS /b /ppWe are an agile software development company – big enough to make an impact, but small enough to move quickly and execute in a growing industry, taking advantage of rapidly evolving technologies.
