Provide financial and business analysis, even when the information available isn’t always complete, Own project finance, budgeting and profitability tracking, Monitor cost center expenses vs. forecast, Build reports that turn financial data into business insights, Support Budgeting and forecasting, Collaborate on efficient processes, accounting methods, controls and industry best practices, Identify and execute opportunities to automate and standardize processes, Establish controls to guarantee data accuracy, Control and follow up on posting of supplier invoices, taxes, payroll expenses and accruals, Get involved in ERP or systems improvement projects Coordinate financial closings & treasury, Handle intercompany reconciliations, Support external audit processes, Guide and mentor junior team members, Help lead and grow a small team over time A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 2-5 years of relevant experience Proven experience working in a big four or similar, Comfortable working in multi-entity, multi-currency environments Big 4 audit/accounting background (mandatory) with solid grounding in IFRS and Spanish GAAP (PGC – Plan General de Contabilidad), plus month-end close cycles Hands-on financial modeling and P&L ownership — variance analysis, driver-based forecasting, and profitability tracking at project or cost-center level Advanced Excel (pivot tables, INDEX/MATCH, Power Query, macros) and confidence structuring/analyzing large, messy datasets Working knowledge of ERP systems, with SAP S/4HANA experience a strong plus Experience building automated reports/dashboards (Power BI or equivalent) that turn raw data into decision-ready insights Understanding of internal controls and compliance frameworks with a track record of tightening controls and standardizing processes Practical exposure to intercompany reconciliations, accruals, and supplier/payroll invoice control cycles Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus Self-starter with a proactive, can-do attitude, Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, Comfortable communicating financial insights to non-financial stakeholders Indefinite contract.
