ph3Overview /h3 pWe are seeking an experienced SECOPS engineer to join our Information Security Team (infosec) as a team member SECOPS delivering security projects as well as maintain the BAU security devices operations. /p pGlobal SECOPS engineer would be responsible for providing technical support to customers who need assistance in cyber security hardware and software in accordance with established or approved organizational process components. /p pYou would work as part of a global team supporting all the Technology group in security systems, working with network operations, operating systems, and application infrastructure to select and implement appropriate controls. /p pSome of the responsibilities of a Global SECOPS engineer would include administering authentication and access controls, including provisioning, changes, and deprovisioning of user and system accounts, access roles, and access permissions to information assets. /p pAdditionally, they would support businesses and technology areas in designing, implementing, deploying, and sustaining systems/security tooling that start out and remain secure throughout their complete lifecycle. /p pA versatile profile is sought with strong technical security tooling capabilities (deploy, maintain, operate), knowledge of the operation and ITIL baseline (incidence management, change management, service request, monitoring alerts) as well as have IT Knowledge related with : OS Knowledge (Windows Server and Linux distros) , Networking (communication ) knowledge . /p pWe are a global team (30/70 Sweden Spain) in charge of deploying, maintaining, monitoring and operating security tools to ensure a High availability service level. /p pAt secops we work taking into account two types of SOW: /p ol liBAU (operate, maintain, provide kpis) /li liInitiatives or projects in which we participate (deployments). /li /ol pbWhy this position is attractive: /b /p ul liYou will have the opportunity to work really close with security and IT world being part of Secops team. /li liAs a Secops engineer you will part of security device engineers which works with latest cybersecurity tools. /li liYou will participate in high impact security projects, as well as participate actively in growth Verisure’s Security Posture. /li liYou'll be working with cutting-edge security technology and collaborating with a talented and innovative team to achieve project success. /li liYou'll have opportunities for professional growth and development, including leadership experience, exposure to different project management methodologies, and the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and challenging environment. /li liYou'll be part of an inclusive and positive team culture that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liBe part of a Global team of security device engineers responsible for maintaining and operate security tools across north and south regions. /li liWork close with IT world senior management to develop project goals and objectives aligned with business strategy. /li liWork close with Security architecture and engineering to develop project goals and objectives aligned with business strategy. /li liFoster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team. /li liFacilitate communication and coordination between the team and other stakeholders, including business units, vendors, and contractors. /li liEnsure that project documentation and records are complete, accurate, and up-to-date. /li liOperate security tools ensuring that they are protecting the company and reducing the security exposure surface. /li liBe process clean always respecting and following procedures and good practices related with existing process in house (Incident management, change management, service request management, monitoring alerts management.) /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum of 3 years of experience in operations (IT or security), administering and operating security tools. /li liProven experience/familiar on work in an IT company environment as well as technical knowledge about: /li liServers /li liWindows /li liWorkstations /li liProven experience/familiar with Networking tools / protocols / Network Devices. /li liProven experience/familiar with deployment tools such as Ansible or SCCM or Intune. /li liExperience with Agile (Scrum and SAFE), and Hybrid methodologies. /li liProven experience in ITIL lifecycle and processes: Incident management, Change management, Service request management Event monitoring. /li liKnowledge of project/operation management tools such as Jira, Remedy or Confluence.
