That’s why, to help our people thrive, we cultivate a truly diverse and inclusive environment. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liProvide operational and analytical support to Real Estate Project Managers as required, contributing to the successful execution of asset strategies: ul liConduct trading area analyses to assess projects’ potential, identifying risks, threats and opportunities to advise decision-making. /li liPrepare financial evaluations with NP for proposed projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with the Legal department to support the preparation of contracts and documentation. /li liCollaborate with all internal/external stakeholders such as Finance, Commercial Area, Business Support, Fleets to clear the way for all projects through the CVP stages. /li /ul /li liMaintain clear records and documentation for all assigned projects, ensuring compliance with internal standards and timelines, being gatekeeper of internal databases/sharepoint. /li liWhen required, participate in ad-hoc asset/other projects such as acquisitions, tenders, swaps with competitors or similar. /li liNegotiate when required with property owners, developers, local authorities, highways agencies, pressure groups, and other relevant stakeholders to achieve BP’s objectives—protecting and optimising the value and performance of BP's retail assets and strictly adhering to the company’s Code of Conduct throughout all interactions. /li liRole requirements will demand at more than 50% time travelling. /li /ul h3What You Will Need To Be Successful /h3 h3Location /h3 ul liThe successful candidate will be based in the region of Andalucía. /li /ul h3Education /h3 ul liDegree in Economics / Business Administration or Engineering. /li liNative level proficiency of Spanish language good command of English. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liRelevant Retail experience (Assets, Operations, Pricing). /li liProven experience in business Planning, Financial knowledge and Budget management. /li liProject leading, Monitoring and Tracking with high understanding of Retail standards, procedures and processes (CVP). /li liInternal Customer focused role. /li /ul h3Skills Competencies /h3 ul liBusiness Insight: understanding the business including market, competitors, customer and consumer knowledge. Articulate business’s strategy and operational and financial performance. /li liFinancial Analysis: Financial analysis is the process of evaluating businesses, projects, budgets, and other finance-related transactions to determine their performance and suitability. /li liInternal Approval Process: Understands how business opportunities are identified, prioritised and managed through the appropriate bp project processes for deals.
