Experteer Overview In this role you translate real TecAlliance business problems into AI solutions, guiding the journey from initial use-case discussion to prototyping, validation, and production handover. You work closely with the DSML team to deliver end-to-end AI/ML outcomes that reduce manual effort and enable new capabilities. You experiment with GenAI and agentic approaches, aiming to scale proven practices across the organization. This is a hands-on, impact-driven role at the intersection of data, engineering, and product. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Turn business problems into AI use cases and drive prototyping, validation, and production handover • Deliver measurable AI outcomes aligned with business goals • Collaborate with DSML team to ship end-to-end AI solutions quickly • Develop and operate ML/LLM components connected to data pipelines • Document evaluations, keep code reproducible, and contribute to standards • Experiment with new AI approaches and scale proven practices across teams Responsabilidades • High learning velocity and hands-on delivery of end-to-end AI/ML projects • Deep Python expertise • Scripting proficiency, particularly in WSL environments • Basic cloud/infrastructure awareness (AWS, Azure, or similar) • Strong academic foundation in CS/Data Science/ML/Math/Statistics or equivalent • Proficiency in English (German advantageous) • Experience with Python and modern ML stack (PyTorch or TensorFlow, scikit-learn, pandas) • Experience with at least one major cloud ML platform (Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or GCP Vertex AI) and MLOps tooling (MLflow, Docker, CI/CD) • Experience with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and generative-AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) is a strong plus Requisitos principales •
