ppbSener /b is currently looking for a bFabrication Manager /b for Offshore Wind Projects to join our team at our work centers in Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia or Bilbao. /p pWe are focused on engineering for the sustainability of industry and society. Therefore, we develop projects oriented towards achieving maximum efficiency in the transition towards a sustainable energy model, through innovation and technology. /p pFurthermore, we are involved in the design, development and construction of power plants and their components, covering from the most conventional technologies such as combined cycle, biomass, etc. to new renewable and future technologies such as offshore wind, green hydrogen, management, circular economy and sustainability. /p pThe Fabrication Manager provides leadership and oversight of all fabrication activities, ensuring that offshore structures are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual, technical, and quality requirements. The role interfaces daily with the contractor, supervises site teams, monitors progress, and ensures compliance with HSE, QA/QC and certification standards. /p h3What you will do: /h3 ul libLeadership Coordination /b ul liProvide leadership, direction and support in the fabrication of offshore structures. /li liEstablish and maintain strong working relationships with the Contractor at all organizational levels. /li liManage a team of supervisors and ensure effective coordination across all fabrication activities. /li liEnsure all activities are executed in line with contractual obligations, schedule, cost targets and quality objectives. /li liPromote the highest HSE standards and ensure compliance with site rules and procedures. /li /ul /li libFabrication Progress Performance Monitoring /b ul liMonitor Supplier’s progress against the overall program, milestones and KPIs, identifying risks or delays. /li liProvide regular and ad‑hoc reporting to the project leadership team. /li liIdentify risks and develop mitigation measures as part of the overall risk management process. /li /ul /li libQA/QC Documentation Management /b ul liTake proactive ownership of QA/QC topics related to fabrication. /li liSupport the closure of the EPC contract from a technical, QA/QC, HSE and commercial perspective. /li /ul /li libContractual Commercial Support /b ul liAssist in the technical analysis, monitoring and cross‑checking of variation orders and claims. /li liProvide advice on fabrication solutions, risk levels and commercial implications to ensure cost‑effective decisions. /li liEnsure all activities are aligned with delivering the works on time, within budget and to the required quality. /li /ul /li libInterface Stakeholder Coordination /b ul liManage the transition from fabrication to commissioning and/or OM, including inspections and dossier acceptance. /li /ul /li libReporting Final Deliverables /b ul liProvide progress reports in accordance with project requirements. /li liEnsure all reporting is accurate, timely and aligned with project expectations. /li /ul /li /ul h3What we expect from you: /h3 ul liBachelor or Master's Degree in Engineering or similar. /li liMinimum 10 years relevant experience in similar position. /li liProven background in fabrication oversight for one or more of the following packages: ul liOffshore Substation Topside /li liJackets /li liMonopiles /li liTransition Piece /li liWork experience as Fabrication Manager for at least one offshore wind or large‑scale oil gas project comprising from start of construction throughout equipment installation and commissioning to load out. /li liInternational Site Management experience of EPC contractors /li liProject management training /li liFIDIC Contracts and INCOTERMS /li liFabrication and testing Offshore Structures (DNV-ST-0145, DNV-OS-C401) /li liSafety Management Training for the applicable countries (NEBOSH, VCA…) /li liTraining ISO 9001, Quality Auditing or equivalent /li liExcellent written and oral English communication skills. /li liStrong communicative competence in Spanish, both oral and written, will be positively valued. /li /ul /li /ul h3What we offer: /h3 pThese are some of the benefits you will enjoy at Sener: /p ul liYou will have the opportunity to participate in innovative and high-level technological projects at an international level, collaborating with a multidisciplinary and highly qualified team. /li liYou will enjoy better management of your time thanks to our flexible working hours and remote work policies. /li liYou will be able to optimise your salary with our flexible remuneration plan (meal cards, private medical insurance, childcare vouchers, etc.) and you will have life and accident insurance. /li liWe will take care of you with our physical and emotional wellness programme, which includes sports, workshops, etc. /li liWe will encourage your professional development, with technical training, skills, languages, etc. so that you can continue to grow and achieve your goals. /li liWe promote equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion of all people and we are certified as a Family Responsible Entity (efr). /li /ul pIf you identify with our values and want to be part of a leading international family engineering company, we are waiting for you!
