Experteer Overview In this role you drive electrical projects and support the maintenance team at Camas Mill. You’ll partner with operations to improve facilities, safety, and efficiency within a framework of design, installation, and optimization. You will solve electrical and control issues, lead safety and compliance efforts, and coordinate with contractors and utility providers. This is a hands-on role shaping electrical systems and integration for sustained mill performance. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Lead initiatives to boost mill facilities and work processes toward efficiency, safety, compliance, and cost targets • Perform safety assessments and incident investigations; coordinate contractors during construction to uphold standards • Manage project scopes for electrical systems and provide practical field solutions beyond planning when appropriate • Create, review, and maintain engineering designs/drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks; define scopes of work and document project progress • Design, maintain, troubleshoot, and model power distribution with EasyPower; optimize footprint • Provide technical support to maintenance/operations: diagnose/resolve electrical/control issues (PLCs, drives, automation) and modify PLC programs to improve performance • Develop and review preventative maintenance tasks, conduct root-cause analyses, and implement corrective actions to prevent repeats • Conduct electrical analyses: load calculations, motor sizing, drive upgrades, and efficiency improvements • Utilize SAP for maintenance tracking and inventory; use AutoDesk Vault for document management; support construction/startup/commissioning for project success Responsabilidades • Electrical engineering experience in manufacturing, industrial, or military environments • Experience implementing NFPA 70, NEC Requisitos principales • medical • dental • vision • retirement • paid time off • educational assistance
