ph3DLM Control Operations Support Specialist – Last Mile /h3 pWe are looking for a DLM Control Operations Support Specialist to join our Last Mile team, providing support in the control, monitoring, and optimization of home delivery operations. This role plays a key part in analyzing operational data, monitoring performance indicators, driving continuous process improvement, and developing tools that enhance operational efficiency and service quality. You will work closely with operational teams across Iberia to support business performance and operational excellence. /p h3What You’ll Do On a Typical Day /h3 ul liManage and maintain the Last Mile capacity map, service catalogue, and system parameter settings. /li liPrepare and monitor key operational quality KPIs, including First Delivery Date, Service Level, and Transit Times. /li liMaintain the Net Promoter Score (NPS) database and monitor customer satisfaction trends through regular reporting and analysis. /li liDevelop and analyze Last Mile Pick‑up Delivery (PD) performance indicators. /li liDesign, develop, and monitor new operational KPIs based on business needs. /li liReview and monitor the correct application of accessorial services. /li liSupport Customer Service and Operations in the follow‑up of customer incidents and operational coordination. /li liParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives together with operational sites across Iberia. /li liCollaborate on corporate projects focused on Last Mile transformation and process optimization. /li liSupport the development of new business opportunities within the Last Mile business. /li liContribute to the development and maintenance of operational tools, automations, and technology solutions (Sharp and other applications). /li /ul h3What You Need to Succeed at XPO /h3 ul liUniversity degree or vocational qualification in Logistics, Transportation, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. /li liAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. /li liExperience with additional data management and analytical tools is considered an advantage. /li liStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and identify trends. /li liAbility to identify improvement opportunities and work collaboratively with operational teams. /li liA proactive, dynamic individual with a continuous improvement mindset. /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment. /li /ul h3It’d Be Great if You Also Have /h3 ul liStrong internal customer focus and service‑oriented mindset. /li liPrevious experience in the transportation, distribution, or logistics sector. /li liAdvanced knowledge of Power BI and Business Intelligence tools. /li liPassion for innovation, digital transformation, and new technologies. /li liGood level of English. /li liKnowledge of Portuguese and/or French would be considered an advantage. /li /ul h3What We Offer You /h3 ul liThe opportunity to join a key team within the Last Mile organization. /li liParticipation in strategic projects with a direct impact on operational efficiency. /li liA dynamic, multinational, and continuously evolving working environment. /li liProfessional development and continuous learning opportunities. /li liCollaboration with international and cross‑functional teams. /li liThe opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement and operational excellence of our Last Mile business. /li /ul pXPO is committed to inclusion and equal opportunity, providing the same opportunities to everyone. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
