In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of embedded software systems. You will work closely with software developers, system architects, and product owners to validate functionality, performance, and compliance with industry standards. /p h3DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liContribute to the RD test strategy definition and operation. /li liDesign and implement comprehensive test cases for embedded software systems. /li liDevelop automated test frameworks and scripts for unit, integration, and system-level testing. /li liPerform manual and automated testing on embedded platforms (e.g., microcontrollers, SoCs). /li liAnalyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and work with development teams to resolve issues. /li liSupport the Test Manager to ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and test results. /li liContribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies. /li liParticipate in code reviews and provide feedback from a testability perspective. /li liMaintain test documentation and generate test reports for internal and external stakeholders. /li liEnsure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 26262, DO-178C, IEC 62304). /li /ul h3QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field. /li liProven experience in embedded software testing (3+ years preferred). /li liStrong knowledge of embedded systems, real-time operating systems (RTOS), and microcontroller architectures. /li liProficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, C/C++). /li liExperience with version control and CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps). /li liExperience with project tracking and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). /li liExperience with artifact dependency management tools (e.g., Nexus). /li liExperience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Jenkins). /li liFamiliarity with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing and simulation environments. /li liExcellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. /li liStrong communication and teamwork abilities. /li liFluent in written and spoken English. /li /ul h3DESIRABLE SKILLS /h3 ul liExperience in safety‑critical domains (e.g., automotive, aerospace, medical). /li liKnowledge of communication protocols (e.g., SPI, I2C, UART). /li liKnowledge of smartcards and telecommunication standards (e.g., ETSI, GSMA, Global Platform, Javacard). /li liCertification in Process Quality Assessment Models (e.g., ISO9001, SPICE, Automotive SPICE, CMMI). /li liISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus. /li /ul h3TRAVEL /h3 ul liUp to 5% /li /ul h3WHAT'S GREAT ABOUT WORKING WITH US /h3 ul liCulture and diversity: Join a people‑oriented environment with different nationalities and a great team spirit, flat hierarchies (everyone speaks to everyone).
