ppYour primary focus will be on reviewing annotations, gradings, and AI-generated outputs. You will assess whether annotations follow project guidelines, meet quality standards, and accurately reflect expected model behavior across different modalities. /p pThis role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to apply complex guidelines consistently. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liReview and quality-check annotations, gradings, and evaluations produced for LLM and multimodal projects (text, image, audio, and/or video). /li liValidate that annotations and ratings adhere to project guidelines, rubrics, and quality standards. /li liIdentify errors, inconsistencies, ambiguities, and potential biases in annotated data and AI-generated outputs. /li liProvide clear, actionable feedback to annotators to improve accuracy and consistency. /li liFlag systematic issues and contribute insights to improve guidelines, workflows, and QA processes. /li liCollaborate closely with the Quality Management (QM) and project teams to implement QA strategies and calibration efforts. /li liSupport quality audits, spot checks, and escalation of complex edge cases when required. /li liConduct production support as required and perform final data corrections to ensure data quality. /li liSupport Quality Management (QM) initiatives, including the development, refinement, and maintenance of project guidelines and processes. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in quality assurance, content review, or data annotation for AI/ML projects. /li liFamiliarity with LLMs and multimodal AI systems (text, image, audio, video) is a strong plus. /li liExperience reviewing gradings, ratings, or structured annotations is highly desirable. /li liStrong analytical skills and ability to apply detailed guidelines consistently. /li liExcellent written communication skills for providing clear, constructive feedback. /li liHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality. /li liAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within a distributed team. /li liAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, each with distinct guidelines, workflows, and quality standards. /li liDemonstrated flexibility in taking on different tasks as the role and organizational needs evolve. /li liAbility to remain composed and effective in fast-paced environments, including adapting to last-minute changes in daily priorities. /li liAbility to prioritize pilot projects, effectively managing the unique challenges, ambiguity, and frequent changes inherent to pilot initiatives. /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liBackground in linguistics, content analysis, digital moderation, or AI evaluation. /li liPrevious experience working with annotation platforms or QA tools. /li liContent writing or prompt authoring experience (helpful, but not required). /li /ul pIn compliance with the General Disability Law, the submission of the corresponding disability certificate will be valued. /p pCentific is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal‑opportunity employer.
