ppAs SWE Area CI (Continuous Improvement) Lead, you will manage the overall performance of the distribution center, including planning, organizing staff, and controlling all warehouse activities. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliPlan, direct, and implement warehouse operations, procedures, and support to meet prescribed productivity and service levels. /liliAssist senior management in establishing warehouse performance objectives and standards. /liliAccountability for achieving company objectives regarding costs, productivity, accuracy, and customer service. /liliManage all aspects of customer requirements, including inventory accuracy, shipping, receiving, PL responsibility, rate requirements, and development of incentive programs. /liliLead the deployment of the continuous improvement strategy and implement its roadmap in the area, based on Lean management principles. /liliManage Six Sigma projects and coach and monitor Kaizen and other Sigma Belt projects. /liliPerform in-depth analysis to identify improvement opportunities. /liliEnsure and support assurance around agreed Lean Six Sigma standards. /liliTrain, coach, and support warehouse management teams and other stakeholders in Lean Six Sigma methodology. /liliSupport operational teams in implementing operational excellence and Lean Six Sigma tools (5S, SQCDP signs, gemba, standard work, etc.). /liliBe responsible for project reporting and CI tracker. /liliMaintain professional relationships with all customers and stakeholders. /liliEstablish programs to improve customer awareness at all levels in the organization. /liliMaintain records and reports to ensure customer service levels are being met (CI tracker). /liliTravel frequently within the area, with potential assignments in other countries. /li /ulh3Skills Experiences /h3ulliBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and LSS Green Belt certification (required). /liliProven project management and analytical mindset. /liliProven skills in change management, leading, and motivating teams. /liliResult and customer-driven mindset. /liliCoaching and training skills. /liliKnowledge of the MS Office package. /liliFluency in English and French; Spanish desirable. /li /ulh3Equal Opportunity Statement /h3pMaersk is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applicants without regard to race, colour, gender, sex, age, religion, creed, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, marital status, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, medical condition, pregnancy or parental leave, veteran status, gender identity, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
