This position implies constant contact with the corresponding Product Manager as well as with the development teams to ensure that products meet our customer requirements and our company vision and mission. /p h3What we are looking for /h3 pWe are looking for a new team member that offers support to the Product Manager and copes with the daily tasks of the product’s development and maintenance. Position implies high communication skills as it requires communication with several departments, such as Development, Supply and Technical Services; high level of organization to be able to manage the different projects and procedures and a detail-oriented profile to ensure specifications and tasks are fulfilled. /p h3What you will be doing /h3 pReporting to the Technical Manager, you will perform the following tasks: /p ul liExecution of the strategy for the product portfolio under your responsibility defined by the Product Manager and aligned with the company’s general strategy. /li liManagement of new product development projects. /li liMaintain integral product’s management throughout its life cycle. /li liProvide training and support to technical services and commercial team. /li liProvide training to Distributors/Customers. /li liPre-sales and post-sales customer assistance. /li liManagement of product’s technical documentation. /li liExhibition’s attendance when required. /li liProduction of marketing material, webinars, presentations, courses, texts, etc., when required. /li /ul h3Essential requirements /h3 ul liEngineering degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, or similar. /li liHigh level of English and Spanish languages (both written and spoken). /li liKnowledge of building automation protocols (KNX, BACnet, Modbus…). /li liKnowledge of HVAC systems (Direct expansion, VRF, Air-to-Water…). /li /ul h3Will also be valued /h3 ul liExperience as Building Automation system integrator. /li liExperience as HVAC integrator/installer. /li liExperience in product/project management. /li liOther languages. /li /ul h3Why us? /h3 pWe believe that work should be challenging, rewarding, and fun. /p pA GREAT PLACE TO WORK /p pOur employee satisfaction surveys indicate that people enjoy working here at HMS and especially appreciate the informal and relaxed atmosphere.
