Teamwork, integrity and career development are only some of the reasons that more than 2500 employees, each year, trust their future with us. /p h3The Role /h3 pWe are looking for an accomplished bFB Manager /b to join Domes Baobab Suites, our new 5-star lifestyle and athleisure resort in Costa Adeje, Tenerife — Domes' newest destination as we expand into Spain. /p pThis is a hands-on leadership role with full accountability for the resort's Food Beverage operations, from daily service delivery to team culture and guest experience. As FB Manager, you will take ownership of the department's performance while embodying the Domes philosophy of warmth, elegance, and curated luxury. /p pThis is a rare opportunity to help shape Domes' FB identity from day one, in one of Europe's most vibrant and fast-growing luxury hospitality markets. /p pThe FB Manager is responsible for overseeing all Food Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences that reflect the Domes brand of luxury hospitality. This role combines operational leadership, quality control, and team development, working closely with the Hotel Operations Manager to drive service excellence, maintain HACCP ISO standards, and achieve budgetary and operational targets across all FB departments. /p h3Key accountabilities /h3 ul liOversees daily operations of all FB outlets, ensuring service excellence aligned with Domes standards /li liCollaborates with the Hotel Manager to enhance hotel services and operations /li liEnsures SOP, HACCP ISO compliance across FB departments /li liTrains and develops FB staff to deliver top-tier guest service /li liForecasts FB needs and ensures consistent food beverage quality and presentation /li liOversees staff appearance, hygiene, and conduct /li liCoordinates equipment maintenance and monthly inventory /li liParticipates in budget preparation and prepares regular cost/performance reports /li liHandles guest complaints effectively /li liParticipates in FB staff recruitment /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3Technical /h3 ul liDegree in Hospitality/Tourism.
