Experteer Overview In this role, you will oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, safety, and cost targets. You’ll lead production, maintenance, quality, and logistics teams with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence. You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize throughput, ensure compliance, and drive cost efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Manage manufacturing operations to hit production targets, quality standards, and on-time delivery • Monitor KPIs for productivity, quality, safety, efficiency, and cost • Oversee production planning, scheduling, and utilization to maximize throughput and reduce downtime • Collaborate with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure smooth production flow • Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, health and safety standards (OSHA) • Lead waste reduction, defect elimination, and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean) • Develop and coach supervisors and leaders, fostering engagement and teamwork • Manage departmental budgets, control operating costs, and support capital planning • Lead cross-functional projects to improve productivity, quality, and profitability Responsabilidades • 3-5 years of manufacturing leadership experience • Experience managing production operations and leading teams in a manufacturing environment • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, quality systems, and safety regulations • Proficiency with ERP systems, production reporting tools, and Microsoft Office • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment • Occasional travel required Requisitos principales • PTO • Personal Days • Paid Holidays • 401k • Medical Benefits
