ph3About the Role /h3 pThe Talent Acquisition team at Verisure is part of Group Talent, HR, and works as a trusted Talent Partner to international stakeholders. We are a team of experts specializing in attracting top talent across IT, RD, Cybersecurity, Central QA, and PMO. With locations in Madrid, Malmö (Sweden), and Geneva (Switzerland), we focus on delivering high-quality international recruitment for Group Functions and Technology. /p pIn this role, you will manage complex recruitment processes while working with stakeholders across different countries. You will need to be adaptable, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and manage diverse, senior-level conversations with ease. /p pThis is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated recruiter who is excited to be part of a collaborative, international team that places a strong emphasis on process quality, candidate experience, and employer branding. /p pIf you’re passionate about finding the best talent and helping us grow our teams, we would love to hear from you! /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding IT candidates. /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR teams, to align on recruitment needs and strategies. /li liCollaborate on international, cross-functional HR projects to enhance recruitment processes and employer branding. /li liLeverage technology and data-driven approaches to identify and attract top IT talent in a competitive market. /li liStay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to better assess candidate skills and align with market demands. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul li1–3 years of experience working in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a complex and international organization. /li liExperience recruiting for IT or Cybersecurity roles is highly valued. /li liProficient English level (C1–C2). /li liStrong adaptability and the ability to manage complex stakeholders and conversations effectively. /li liExcellent communication skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships at all levels. /li liAnalytical mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving. /li /ul h3Skills Considered a Plus /h3 ul liExperience with HR platforms such as Workday or Phenom. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience working with data, including analysis and reporting. /li liExperience in recruitment for Cybersecurity, RD, or other technology fields. /li /ul h3What Verisure Offers /h3 ul libHybrid Model /b: Work 2 days from home per week, with 2 additional weeks per year to work from anywhere during holiday seasons.
