Experteer Overview As Operations Manager at Lezo, you lead the plant’s performance across pre-press, production, maintenance, CI, engineering/CAPEX and warehousing. You drive safety, budget adherence, and Capex delivery while aligning with plant objectives and customer requirements. You will support the Plant General Manager and the Plant Leadership Team to foster continuous improvement and innovation. This role offers impact by shaping operations, processes and technology adoption within a meat u0026amp; dairy packaging context. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Oversee pre-press, production, maintenance, CI, engineering and CAPEX activities at the Lezo site • Lead the warehouse/indoor logistics and plant safety programs • Deliver production volumes, efficiency, waste control and cost management • Promote and manage Capex and CI initiatives; assign goals and projects to CI Manager and line managers • Define and optimize organizational processes, roles, headcounts, shifts and activities within budget • Drive best-practice sharing with other plants and introduce new technologies • Define, verify and monitor KPIs to control process performance • Lead innovation and change; support Plant General Manager and HR in industrial relations • Motivate and develop the team; maintain high engagement and performance • Direct Maintenance Manager’s responsibilities for preventive/reactive maintenance and safety compliance • Ensure OHSE, quality and compliance with policies and customer requirements • Manage production environment changes and continuous improvement in productivity, scrap reduction, and quality claims • Support cross-functional collaboration with corporate functions (OHSE, Ru0026D, Quality, Sales/Commercial, Procurement, Supply Chain, IT) Responsabilidades • Minimum 10 years’ manufacturing experience with supervision • Experience in managing significant change/transformation projects in manufacturing • Lean and continuous improvement experience (Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.) • Degree in science, technology or engineering (preferred; advanced degree advantageous) • Knowledge of production machinery, process control equipment, and plant infrastructure • Familiarity with energy management, shop floor systems, safety and environmental regulations (Spain, EU) • Statistical calculation tools and basic finance understanding • Experience with systems like SAP (benefit); strong vendor/contractor management • Strong leadership, change management and coaching skills • Fluent Spanish and English; other languages advantageous Requisitos principales •
