ppWe are urgently looking for a Engagement Lead in the region of Murcia. Candidates need to have a fluent level of English. /p pThis position is remote and long-term. Candidates need to live and work in region of Murcia (max 2 hour drive) to make occasional meetings on-site possible. /p h3Tasks and Responsibilities /h3 ul liLeads the onboarding of project teams; /li liBuilds constructive working relationships / partnerships with client sponsors, product owners / key stakeholders and team members, facilitating strategic and execution alignment; /li liOwns and communicates the cadence for internal and client-facing ceremonies; /li liAttends team ceremonies (daily stand up, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives); /li liOversees sprint planning to validate priorities and approach, ensuring work items are represented and tracked correctly in JIRA / ADO; /li liEnsures sprint team following clean coding principles and that the appropriate documentation is provided to the client; /li liManages resourcing conflicts and bottlenecks both within the sprint teams and with client counterpart teams; /li liFacilitates and manages risks, blockers and dependencies, escalating internally or to the client when required; /li liLeads the client steering committee and is responsible for all content presented; /li liEmbeds a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the scrum team(s) team, with client counterpart teams and across the organisation; /li liLooks for opportunities to increase client engagement; /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liIn-depth experience in delivering projects using Agile frameworks (including SAFe); /li liBackground in software delivery and detailed knowledge of the SDLC is necessary; /li liCI / CD and DevOps awareness is an advantage; /li liEvidence of leadership and senior stakeholder management is also required from previous team, project and programme management roles; /li liFluent level of English; /li /ul h3Certifications include /h3 pprogramme project management (APM PQ, PMI PMP, Prince 2 Practitioner), Certified / Professional Scrum Master, SAFe; /p h3Tooling includes /h3 pJIRA, Azure DevOps, other portfolio management tools, CI/CD component awareness; /p h3Frameworks include /h3 pAgile, Kanban, Scrum, DevOps, DevSecOps awareness, Waterfall; /p h3Offered /h3 pAttractive salary package (employees); Career development training; /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
