📍 Oro Negro — Calle Marconi 9, Fuengirola Mediterranean food cooked over charcoal. The floor team is three people. This role is the one that sets the tone. What the job involves ∙ You take the orders — this is the core of the role. Directly, confidently, and with genuine knowledge of what you’re selling. You’re the link between the guest and the kitchen ∙ You know the menu in depth and you can communicate it — not recite it. You guide guests, answer questions, and make recommendations with confidence ∙ You have enough wine knowledge to lead the conversation — basic pairings, suggestions, no hesitation ∙ You elevate the guest experience — from the welcome to the close ∙ You get involved in everything else — bar, cleaning, close. In a team of three, the role has no fixed edges What we’re looking for ∙ Fluent English — non-negotiable. El equipo de sala somos tres. Este rol es el que marca la diferencia. En qué consiste el trabajo ∙ Tomas las comandas — es la parte central del rol. De forma directa, segura y con criterio. Eres el nexo entre el cliente y la cocina ∙ Conoces la carta en profundidad y sabes comunicarla — no recitarla. Orientas al cliente, resuelves dudas, haces recomendaciones con criterio ∙ Tienes conocimientos de vino suficientes para guiar al cliente — maridajes básicos, sugerencias, confianza en la conversación ∙ Elevas la experiencia del cliente — desde la bienvenida hasta el cierre de la mesa ∙ Arrimas el hombro en todo lo demás — barra, limpieza, cierre. En un equipo de tres, el rol no tiene límites fijos Qué buscamos ∙ Inglés fluido — imprescindible.
