Process/ManufEngineering Engineer/Technician • Schedule: Temps plein, • Employee Status: CDI / Contrat permanent, • Job Posting Date: 2026-07-13 Responsibilities Mission • Lead the industrialization of the new P1, • Improve production efficiency (machine & Direct Labor) within the perimeter, • Capitalize and share the know‑how of industrial processes in the domain, • Participate in the design of new equipment and new lines, • Lead Lean design workshop Industrialization • Manage production equipment introduction using IPROM, • Follow equipment or assembly line development with the supplier, • Design small tool and validate supplier proposal, • Define acceptance criteria for new equipment or line, • Perform pre‑acceptance and acceptance of equipment, • Perform trials on the lines and deliver reports, • Build action plans and follow‑up to be ready for FDPR, • Perform and/or collect capabilities of equipment and process, • Set up equipment and propose PROCESS VALIDATION PLAN, • Participate in PFMEA and CONTROL PLAN Mass Production • Monitor QCDM and propose improvements, • Survey performance of equipment with a focus on optimization, • Work on cycle‑time reduction to optimize investments, material & labor costs, • Update routing in the information system with SPV validation, • Support production technicians (training, analysis, problem‑solving), • Maintain contact with suppliers (improvement, support), • Participate in SPV workshop, • Participate in APU QRQC Standardization • Validate PG RAISE and CdC standards created by Standard Owners, • Validate any change of standard proposed by sites, • Know, apply and promote standards (PG, sites or xcskxlj corporate) in the domain, • Apply SPV rules Environment • Ensure respect of safety and environment procedures of Valeo Group, • Maintain 5S and report issues, • Alert for safety rule infringements Qualifications • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, • Industrial degree, • Good level of English (minimum B2–C1) and Spanish, • Result oriented, committed to teamwork within an international environment, • Geographical mobility; preferably from the local area, • Passion for the automotive industry #J-18808-Ljbffr
