Position Overview Reporting to the Creative Services Manager, the Graphic Designer (Digital & Social Media) will design and produce digital advertising for The Brick Group. The role requires experience with motion graphics and a focus on creating an engaging user experience online. Responsibilities • Design and produce still and 2D motion graphics for web‑based purposes., • Collaborate with the manager and other team members on concept development, style research, layout, and design., • Complete assigned projects on time to meet deadline requirements., • Prepare proofs for approval and edit vendor‑supplied content., • Produce other advertising materials as required., • Delegate tasks and work closely with junior members of the team. Qualifications • Post‑secondary education in Graphic Design or a related field., • 3+ years of experience in digital media design and production, with a focus on motion graphics and an understanding of social media user experience., • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign., • Familiarity with Google Display Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok., • Working knowledge of a Mac‑based environment., • Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer‑service attitude., • Ability to organize work, meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment, and adapt to frequent project changes., • This position is non‑remote., • Please share your portfolio to be considered.
