With over 50 years of history and a benchmark in the dairy sector, this is an exceptional opportunity to learn, grow, and leave your mark in a multinational, dynamic, and constantly evolving environment. /p h3Your Challenge and Contribution /h3 ul liCollaborate with the conversion team in adapting, optimizing, and changing processes and production lines to manufacture our different products, formats, or recipes without losing efficiency, quality, or food safety. /li liContribute to rigorous compliance with Quality and Food Safety, People Safety, and Environmental Protection standards. /li liActively participate in focused continuous improvement teams, applying and learning methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Integrated Lean Six Sigma. /li liSee how your ideas and efforts translate into concrete optimizations and improvements in our production processes. /li /ul h3Who are we looking for? /h3 ul liAcademic Background: University degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Food, or similar). /li liPrevious Experience (Not essential): We value if you can contribute with some previous experience in production plants, especially with a focus on continuous improvement.
