These are your main tasks: The Europe Energy and Waste Engineer supports EU Sites in identifying, developing and implementing energy efficiency, utilities optimization, and waste reduction initiatives, with the objective of reducing costs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and aligning with the company's sustainability strategy. The role conducts energy audits, identifies cost and GHG reduction opportunities, and provides technical guidance for sustainability programs. Through collaboration with operation teams ensures that practical solutions are implemented to improve environmental performance and reduce operating costs. /p h3Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop energy and utilities improvement programs, making sure implementation at site. /li liDevelop the EU Waste Reduction Program, aligning initiatives across sites and ensuring measurable reduction in disposal costs and environmental impact (zero waste initiatives). /li liCollaborate with other Engineering Pillars to integrate energy‑efficient technologies, and waste reduction / elimination initiatives into capital projects and broader EU Engineering priorities. /li liConduct site audits to identify cost reduction and sustainability improvement opportunities. Rank opportunities and develop multi‑year site programs to implement projects and initiatives. /li liSupport ISO50001 implementation and EU sustainability goals. /li liDevelop and maintain energy and waste KPIs, providing regular reporting and benchmarking across sites. /li liFacilitate workshops to generate improvement ideas. /li liCollaborate with sites to implement metering systems and energy monitoring tools. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications (Education Experience) /h3 ul liEngineering degree (energy, mechanical, environmental, electrical, or related discipline). /li liProven expertise in industrial energy and waste reduction and efficiency optimization. /li liProven track record of energy reduction and waste improvement. /li liStrong facilitation and communication skills. /li liExcellent English communication skills. /li liAbility to work across multiple sites and cultures. /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity Employment /h3 pWe are an Equal Opportunity, Affidative Action employer.
