In this role your will be the go-to person for supplier partnerships and innovation, lead recruitment drives and build a world-class supplier network, collaborate across teams to deliver seamless localization solutions, monitor, analyze, and optimize supplier performance for impactful results. /ppServes as the liaison between our production teams and localization suppliers with guidance from more senior team members. They are responsible for recruiting, qualifying, and onboarding new language suppliers, ensuring alignment with production requirements and quality standards. This role focuses on managing relationships with language suppliers and ensuring they meet project goals and that all suppliers are sourced in accordance with our localization supplier qualification process. /ppbr / /ppstrong Responsibilities /strong /pulliManage targeted recruitment drives for specific locales and/or regulated verticals in collaboration with Account teams and Supply Chain Managers /liliIdentify suppliers who meet compliance and quality requirements; br / negotiate rates and work arrangements while ensuring adherence to approved pricing models /liliEnsure all new suppliers complete and sign our Non-Disclosure Agreement, Service Level Agreement, and Supplier Qualification Form, with documents correctly signed, stored, and traceable /liliPerform background checks and maintain documented evidence for audit readiness /liliMaintain awareness of industry standards, ISO requirements, and regulatory practices, proposing updates to company policies as needed /liliWork closely with other departments to meet account, departmental, and company supply chain needs /liliAttend and actively participate in Account/Sales/Production meetings as required /liliProvide input to Account teams on supplier selection and assignments xhfqzwm /liliMonitor vendor performance and quality on a company-wide level, implementing corrective actions where necessary /liliEvaluate and maintain data integrity of supplier databases, records, templates, instructions, training materials, and procedures /liliRemove any barriers to progress related to suppliers for account teams /liliMonitor supplier performance and report regularly for all accounts /liliProvide weekly status reports to line manager /liliComplete all assigned compliance-related tasks (training completion, document reviews, complaint handling) in a timely manner /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements /strong /pulli4+ years' experience in supplier management within localization and also a regulated or ISO-certified environment /liliKnowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 17100, and GDPR compliance principles an advantage /liliIdeally 1+ years' experience with Life Science and/or Medical Device accounts /liliStrong project management and communication skills /liliMultilingual abilities, with proficiency in English and one additional language /li /ul
