Experteer Overview In this role you will drive quality planning for new product launches and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure product and process excellence. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap and boost manufacturing performance, while managing customer and supplier quality concerns and PPAP approvals. You will train and coach teams to embed a culture of quality and contribute to operational excellence across the plant. This is a fast-paced, globally collaborative position with a meaningful impact on customer satisfaction and business growth. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Lead quality planning for new product launches from development to serial production • Partner with engineering, operations, suppliers, and customers to ensure product and process quality • Drive continuous improvement to reduce scrap and improve process capability • Lead structured problem-solving to eliminate recurring quality issues and enhance customer satisfaction • Ensure manufacturing processes are robust, compliant, and capable of meeting customer expectations • Manage customer complaints, supplier quality concerns, audits, and PPAP approvals • Promote a culture of quality through training, coaching, and sharing lessons learned • Contribute to operational excellence and sustainable quality improvements across the plant Responsabilidades • Bachelor's degree or technical diploma • 2–5 years in quality departments • High level of English (spoken and written) • Core Tools Knowledge (PPAP, AMFE, SPC, MSA, APQP) • Problem solving tools (8D, 5Why, Ishikawa, FTA) • Training in ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 • Knowledge of system auditors per IATF16949:2016 and process (VDA 6.3) • Power Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Desirable ERP experience (SAP, Navision) Requisitos principales • training and knowledge development opportunities • global fast-paced environment • opportunity to influence and make a difference • collaborative culture • growth and career advancement • cross-border teamwork
