ppReady to take on meaningful challenges and shape the next generation of mobility? /p h3VIE - Plant Engineer /h3 pJoining OPmobility means stepping into a global group with a purpose to keep people and goods moving safely, smarter, and sustainably everywhere. /p h3PLANT ENGINEER JUNIOR – Arevalo, SPAIN /h3 pUnder the responsibility of the Senior Plant Engineer, the Junior Plant Engineer will contribute to the management of a specific scope within an Optimap project or lead a small‑scale Optimap project, with a focus on plant industrialization. /p pbKey Responsibilities: /b /p ul liAct as the interface between the project team and the plant. /li liCreate and maintain the Plant Bill of Materials (BOM). /li liAnalyze customer requirements and ensure alignment with plant capabilities. /li liOrganize and coordinate production runs across all production areas (injection, paint, and assembly). /li liManage inbound material requests with suppliers and monitor delivery schedules. /li liPrepare and follow up on customer deliveries to ensure project milestones and targets are achieved (quality, cost, timing). /li liMonitor and drive the convergence of project KPIs and performance indicators. /li /ul pbRole Purpose Development Opportunity: /b This position offers a strong opportunity to complement academic studies by applying theoretical knowledge in a real industrial environment. The Junior Plant Engineer will work within a multidisciplinary engineering team and gain initial responsibility in project management, covering quality, cost, and deadlines. /p pThis experience can serve as a stepping stone for future career development within the company. /p pbProfile /b /p pYou are a highly motivated young graduate from an Engineering School or University with a strong interest for engineering and/or industrial engineering. As part of your studies, you have already undertaken an international curriculum (e.g., one semester or year outside your home country). /p pYou are a team player, open-minded and have good organizational and time management skills. You are familiar with analytical tools (Power BI, VBA).
