Our innovative lead‑acid and lithium‑ion batteries, power material‑handling vehicles and robotics serve the OEMs, projects and the replacement market with our and our customer’s top brands. /p h3About the job /h3 pLocated in Zaragoza the purpose of this position is to ensure an efficient material management process in Motion Division. This involves the confirmation of delivery dates and the continuous tracking of orders and status of the orders. Appropriate actions will need to be taken to secure delivery dates with key partners and resolve any resulting problems. /p h3Functions /h3 ul liTo manage the material management processes within the order management, ensuring efficient performance. /li liTo monitor regularly the order status and provide updates in the business. /li liTo receive, track and validate the orders and confirm delivery dates. /li liTo take actions where appropriate to resolve any delivery conflict in a timely manner. /li liTo liaise with stakeholders, departments on a regular basis to resolve any queries. /li /ul h3What we ask for /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Engineering, business or technical discipline, e.g., operations management or supply chain management. /li liAdvanced Excel functionality. /li liStrongly required advanced English and Spanish. /li liAnalysis capacity /li liCommunication /li liInnovation and digitalization /li liSelf‑motivation /li /ul pWorking with us means being engaged and agile.
