ph3Capacity Planner /h3 pThe Capacity Planner is part of the Process Control department and reports to the Process Manager. He/she supports the entire operational planning process and is responsible for optimizing the local forecast and associated capacity planning. /p pSupports operations in the areas of planning issues and capacity management. In collaboration with operational management, the position ensures that the forecast is correctly translated into optimal capacity planning. It is the point of contact for operational management with regard to capacity issues. Frequent consultations take place. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liResponsible for transferring the central forecast (SOP planning) to the local forecast in order to prepare and maintain forecasts for the Outbound/Inbound and Process operational departments; /li liAnalyzing data and preparing planning forecasts (staffing) to maintain constant vigilance regarding possible adjustments, performance levels and improvements; /li liAssessing staffing levels based on analytical data and forecasts; /li liResponsible for determining the required staffing capacity based on the forecast; /li liMonitors the timely and correct implementation of changes in the planning system to support the entire operational organization; /li liResponsible for central coordination and acting as a point of contact for team leaders on all relevant matters relating to the operational activities of temporary employment agencies; /li liDeveloping employment forecasts for the temporary employment agency, taking into account dynamic changes in demand; /li liCreating monthly reports on the employment of temporary employment agency staff; /li liMonitors, tracks and reports (KPIs) to Operational Management through consultation; /li liRegular contact and reporting of results and forecasts to the Head Office in the Netherlands. /li /ul h3Expertise /h3 ul liTrack and forecast future operational needs and opportunities; /li liProvides solicited and unsolicited advice to operational management regarding planning, matching, building and reducing resources; /li liGuides and in collaboration with the Operational Manager, sets up projects for capacity issues relating to the optimisation and implementation of current and new processes; /li liSupervision of projects related to the optimisation of planning processes and operational resource. /li /ul h3What we are looking for /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; /li liFluency in English is required, as effective communication with global teams and stakeholders is essential; /li liAt least 2 years of experience in capacity planning, demand planning, forecasting, supply chain planning, or similar; /li liStrong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills; comfortable working with dependencies across multiple stakeholders; /li liKnowledge of various WFM systems and reporting tools; /li liProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Qlikview and Power BI; familiarity with planning tools such as Logility and Relex is a strong plus; /li liActively seeks out the wishes and needs of internal customers within the scope of their own responsibilities and, where possible, delivers even more or faster than agreed or than the (internal) customer expects; /li liEager to learn, team-player, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment; /li liComes up with proposals for efficient processes in terms of both time and resource utilization; /li liWorks effectively with others to achieve common goals and seeks cooperation in this regard; /li liIs highly organized, knows how to structure work and projects, meets deadlines and complies with guidelines; /li liMakes proposals for efficient and effective planning methods with the least possible complexity and implements them. /li /ul h3Competences /h3 ul liFlexible and pragmatic; /li liStakeholder management skills; /li liStrong communication skills; /li liResults-oriented; /li liPlanning and organising; /li liProfessionalism. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liTemporary position of 12‑month contract; /li liThe salary range for this position is from €27,335 to €39,050 gross per year.
