You will manage delivery operations, prepare and replenish stock quickly and accurately, and ensure the right products are available on the sales floor to enhance store efficiency and maximize the client experience. In this role, you will work closely with the Supply Chain team to optimize stock management and support store operation. /p h3Job responsibilities /h3 pDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES /p pAs a Stock Controller you will implement impactful actions in the following areas of responsibilities: /p pbInventory Management /b /p ul liGuarantee an efficient and logical organization of all the storage rooms (products and packaging). /li liManage delivery activities, preparing and replenishing the stocks quickly and precisely. /li liGuarantee the availability of the appropriate products in the store to improve its efficiency and maximize the client experience. /li liEnsure a daily and optimal stock counting by creating a precise counting calendar. /li liPrepare the shop floor with the necessary supplies to ensure a smooth and seamless selling process and the comfort of client advisors. /li /ul pbAdministration /b /p ul liManage office supplies, uniform requests, kitchen supplies, etc. /li liFollow the internal audit guidelines. /li /ul pbGeneral functions /b /p ul liComply with the processes and procedures of the company. /li liBe fully integrated into the store team and contribute to fulfilling the global objectives of the store. /li liHelp the client advisors to optimize their adaptability to public inflow and adjust it to the client’s needs. /li liDemonstrate curiosity and interest for the business, identifying and resolving issues to achieve higher efficiency and client experience. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 pREQUIREMENTS /p pYou will succeed in the role if you possess most of the following skills and requirements: /p ul liAt least 3 years of experience in stock management/supply chain, ideally in a retail environment. /li liFluent in English and the local language. /li liStrong sense of organization, attention to detail, and responsibility. /li liProactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate and resolve challenges efficiently. /li liAdaptable and resilient in a fast‑paced retail environment, demonstrating flexibility in response to evolving store needs. /li liTeam player with strong collaboration skills, working seamlessly with store teams and the supply chain. /li liCustomer-focused approach, ensuring stock operations enhance the overall client experience. /li liCuriosity and willingness to learn, with a keen interest in business operations and efficiency. /li liCommitted, proactive, and able to adapt to a changing environment as retail. /li liBasic tech knowledge (daily use of computers, phones, and tech tools). /li /ul h3Additional information /h3 pADDITIONAL INFORMATION /p pLouis Vuitton is a company that respects the uniqueness of each employee and offers everyone the means to find their place and thrive.
