ph3Sales Lead – Agriculture – Voltrac /h3 pAt Voltrac, we are on a mission to strengthen Europe’s food security and defence with an autonomous electric tractor that frees farmers from drudgery and keeps soldiers out of harm’s way. The 3.5‑tonne platform is currently being tested at vineyards, olive orchards and citrus groves across Spain. We are about to scale manufacturing to 100 units yearly, and need a sales leader to match the growth. /p pYou will be Voltrac’s key person setting the sales strategy for our agricultural product in Spain, working closely with the founders and owning the full sales funnel. Together with colleagues you will go from prospecting to signing pre‑orders and purchase agreements, converting early interest into paid deployments that shape European farming. If you want a fast‑paced, complex environment where you work to ship to fields and contribute to Europe’s food security and safety, join us. /p pWho we are: Voltrac was founded in 2024 by Francisco Infante Aguirre and Thomas Hubregtsen. Francisco has a background in hydrogen‑powered supersimons planes and eVTOLs; Thomas has expertise in ML and quantum computers. Together they aim to shake up the market and are backed by investors such as Extantia, Foodlabs, Antler, Push, and Prototype. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pYour work will span from country‑level strategy to customer visits that convert into sales and post‑sales support. You’ll work with our current sales colleagues and grow with the expansion. You will collaborate closely with experts across RD, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure our solutions are innovative, on time, and meet customers’ expectations.
