Join us! /p h3Job Description /h3 pThis job is responsible for supporting a cluster of financial centers in designated markets in the absence of the assigned financial center manager and as a market‑level resource. Key responsibilities include managing as a business owner, fostering a team environment, and instilling an effective client‑centric and risk culture. Job expectations include driving operational excellence, ensuring that all aspects of the financial center run effectively and cohesively. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOperates as a back up financial center leader within a market /li liManages client traffic, engaging and appropriately routing clients, and fostering client retention /li liManages business results through formalized management routines and coaching /li liCreates a world class client experience environment /li liManages market‑level initiative prescribed by market leaders /li liDrives operational excellence /li /ul h3Managerial Responsibilities /h3 pThis position may also have responsibilities for managing associates.
