ph3About the Position /h3 pOur client is an innovative international materials technology company transforming the packaging industry with a breakthrough bio- based material designed to replace conventional plastics. /p h3Your Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop new business opportunities across UK, Nordics France. /li liBuild long- term relationships with packaging converters, paper manufacturers and global brands. /li liManage customer projects from first contact through technical validation to commercial agreement. /li liWork closely with RD and technical teams based in Valencia. /li liIdentify new market opportunities and create strategic partnerships. /li liTravel regularly across UK, Nordics France and visit Valencia headquarters every two weeks. /li /ul h3Requisitos /h3 pKey Requirements /p ul liExperience in Business Development, Technical Sales or Key Account Management within an industrial B2B environment. /li liBackground in packaging, paper, specialty chemicals, polymers, industrial materials or manufacturing. /li liFluent French and English. /li liConsultative, solution- based sales approach with experience managing long sales cycles. /li liEntrepreneurial mindset and passion for developing new markets. /li liWillingness to travel internationally on a regular basis. /li /ul pNice to have: /p ul liSpanish language skills. /li liExperience in a scale- up or high- growth international environment. /li liTechnical understanding of sustainable materials or industrial products. /li liNetwork within the packaging or paper industry across the UK, Nordics France regions. /li liExperience working with technical or RD teams. /li /ul pLanguages /p ul liFrench: essential. /li liEnglish: essential. /li liSpanish: desirable. /li /ul h3Se Ofrece /h3 ul liJoin a fast- growing international company developing an innovative bio- based material platform. /li liWork directly with the CEO as part of a small, high- impact commercial team. /li liCompetitive salary package with an uncapped quarterly bonus. /li liLong- term employee participation programme linked to future growth. /li liInternational career development in one of today's fastest- growing sustainability sectors. /li liCandidates already based near Valencia are preferred. /li /ul pRelocation support is available for the right candidate.
