You will play a key role in ensuring that high-quality art content and features are seamlessly integrated into the engine while maintaining the project’s artistic vision and respecting technical constraints for a world‑class production. We are looking for someone who is passionate about seeking new opportunities to create impactful work. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liWork with generalists to create 3D art and bring it into the engine /li liSupport artists in using the 3D art pipeline and user‑facing engine tools /li liProvide hands‑on guidance on asset performance, optimization, and validation /li liReview creative workflows and identify opportunities for tool and pipeline improvements /li liDevelop Unreal Engine art pipeline tools and extensions with a focus on usability and efficiency /li liTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the Unreal Engine asset pipeline /li liWork closely with artists and QA to diagnose and fix production challenges /li liEnsure documentation is accessible and up to date for artists and technical teams /li liHelp inspire and empower the art team to optimize their workflows and processes /li /ul h3About You /h3 ul liStrong expertise in Unreal Engine Blueprints and proven experience developing tools within the engine /li liExperience building configurators, automation tools, or similar systems /li liProgramming knowledge (C++ and/or Python) /li liExperience with USD (Universal Scene Description) and familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) /li liKnowledge of rigging (especially Control Rig), shading, materials, and rendering pipelines (both real‑time and offline) /li liProficiency in additional 3D software (e.g., Maya, Blender) /li liExperience working with premium brands, high‑end productions, or within the automotive industry /li liExcellent problem‑solving, time‑management, teamwork, and communication abilities /li liAbility to work effectively under deadlines /li liFluent in English (written and spoken); German language skills are a plus /li liQuick learner with a willingness to share knowledge, a self‑motivated drive, and strong attention to detail /li liNaturally curious and proactive mindset /li /ul h3Equal Employment Opportunity /h3 pWe are an equal‑opportunity employer committed to building a respectful and empowering work environment for all people to freely express themselves amongst colleagues who embrace diversity in all respects.
