Resourcing Capacity Planning /b /p ul liSupport end-to-end resourcing processes across regions, including intake, matching, assignment, and conflict resolution /li liMaintain and update resource schedules and capacity views to ensure accurate alignment between demand and supply /li liContribute to global capacity planning by tracking pipeline demand and delivery commitments /li liMaintain skills and availability data, supporting identification of capability gaps and hiring needs /li liPartner with regional stakeholders to ensure timely and effective staffing decisions /li /ul pb2. Financial Delivery Operations /b /p ul liProduce and analyse utilisation reports, highlighting risks, trends, and improvement opportunities /li liSupport revenue forecasting processes in collaboration with Finance and PS leadership /li liTrack key delivery KPIs (e.g. project duration, margin, on‑time delivery), identifying areas of underperformance /li liSupport data integrity and adoption of PSA tooling (e.g. Certinia), ensuring accurate and reliable reporting /li liAssist with reconciliation of forecast vs actuals and support period‑end operational reviews /li /ul pb3. Governance Reporting /b /p ul liSupport the production of global PS reporting, including dashboards, leadership packs, and QBR materials /li liEnsure data consistency and accuracy across reporting outputs and systems /li liMaintain documentation of resourcing processes, templates, and operating standards /li liSupport adherence to global resourcing policies, processes, and escalation paths /li liAssist in tracking and maintaining the “single source of truth” for PS operational data /li liIdentify opportunities to improve resourcing efficiency, reporting accuracy, and operational processes /li liSupport implementation of process improvements and tools across the PS organisation /li liAssist with onboarding of new hires into PS tools, processes, and delivery standards /li liAct as a point of contact for operational queries related to resourcing and reporting /li liContribute to the ongoing evolution of the global resourcing operating model /li /ul h3You Are /h3 pbCore Skills /b /p ul liStrong analytical capability with ability to interpret and present data clearly /li liExperience working with resource management, capacity planning, or project operations /li liProficiency in reporting tools (Excel required; Power BI or similar preferred) /li liStrong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and governance /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, global environment /li /ul pbPreferred Experience /b /p ul liExperience working within Professional Services or consulting organisations /li liFamiliarity with PSA tools (e.g. Certinia or similar) /li liUnderstanding of utilisation, forecasting, and delivery performance metrics /li liExposure to financial concepts such as revenue forecasting or project margin /li liHighly organised and detail‑oriented /li liStrong stakeholder management and communication skills /li liProactive problem‑solver with a continuous improvement mindset /li liComfortable working across regions and time zones /li liCollaborative and able to operate within a global team structure /li /ul h3Where we Work /h3 pWe are embracing an office‑first culture, encouraging three days a week in office for most roles, with meaningful opportunities to collaborate and celebrate in person. /p pEach role may have specific requirements or flexibility depending on the scope of the position, so we encourage you to verify this with your recruiter during your first interview. /p pAs an employee at OneTrust, you will be part of the OneTeam.
