You’ll play a key role in building the systems and user experiences that power our sales-automation platform, from high-throughput backend workflows to performant, feature-rich web applications. /p /brh3bWhat You’ll Do /b /h3 /brpDepending on your background and strengths, you will take ownership across one or more of the following areas: /p /brh3bBackend /b /h3 /brul /brliBuild and maintain scalable, reliable services powering our core engine. /li /brliWork with async architectures, data pipelines, and workflow orchestration (Temporal). /li /brliDesign and implement production-grade APIs and integrations with external platforms (CRMs, LinkedIn, and more). /li /brliOptimize performance, debug complex issues, and ensure strong observability. /li /br /ul /brh3bFrontend /b /h3 /brul /brliDevelop high-quality, responsive web applications using React + TypeScript. /li /brliOwn customer-facing dashboards, campaign builders, reporting UIs, and supporting API layers. /li /brliWork on internal tools, SSR/edge rendering, and lightweight Node.js services. /li /brliFocus on performance, Core Web Vitals, and developer experience. /li /br /ul /brh3bCross-functional /b /h3 /brul /brliCollaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams. /li /brliShip end-to-end functionality with a clear focus on quality, reliability, and speed. /li /brliHelp shape engineering practices, code quality, and architecture as we scale. /li /br /ul /brh3bWhat We’re Looking For (Must-Have) /b /h3 /brul /brlib5+ years of professional software engineering experience /b (Backend, Frontend, or Full-Stack). /li /brliStrong experience with bTypeScript /b and either bNode.js /b or bReact /b. /li /brliSolid understanding of modern API design, async workflows, or web architectures. /li /brliExperience working with brelational databases /b (PostgreSQL or similar). /li /brliAbility to work autonomously, debug complex issues, and ship high-quality code. /li /brliStrong communication skills and an advanced level of English. /li /brliDesire to work in a fast-moving startup environment. /li /br /ul /brh3bNice-to-Have /b /h3 /brul /brliExperience in early-stage or fast-scaling startups. /li /brliFamiliarity with workflow engines (e.g., Temporal), distributed systems, or microservices. /li /brliKnowledge of UI performance optimization, design systems, or a11y testing. /li /brliExperience with Redis, Elasticsearch, Kafka, or third-party API integrations. /li /brliCI/CD practice with GitHub Actions. /li /brliInterest in B2B SaaS, sales tech, or automation tools. /li /brliBasic exposure to full-stack work, even if your focus is mainly Backend or Frontend. /li /br /ul /brh3bHiring process /b /h3 /brpWe’ve designed our hiring process to be close to real engineering work.
