ppAre you ready to take on a pivotal role in our dynamic and expanding Modification and Upgrades division at Dematic? As a CS MU Control Engineer you will design and execute controls software for MU jobs, like repairs, upgrades, extension of the existing and competitor projects and provide hotline support to customers. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDeliver the assigned project scope and tasks by meeting or exceeding our safety, quality, On-Time-Delivery and budget requirements. /liliProvide support to our customers. /liliProduce PLC software and/or visualization systems. /liliEmulate and test PLC software. /liliInterpret electrical schematics and design input information. /liliCommission controls systems on-site, including electrical and PLC software commissioning, and provide support to system test activities and training for the end user. /liliProduce commissioning documentation including, but not limited to, commissioning checklists and test specifications. /liliProvide technical guidance. /liliMaintain all associated documentation including, but not limited to, design calculations, design specifications, method statements, risk assessments, operation and maintenance manuals, and test specifications. /liliMaintain the Dematic image as a top-quality, professional company by adopting an honest, professional and attentive approach. /liliMaintain good relationships with all internal and external customers, through the provision of a high-quality service. /liliComply with company policies. /liliPromote personal and business continuous improvement and development of processes to achieve improved time, cost and quality or project delivery. /li /ulh3Qualifications Experience /h3ulliExperience in Electrical/Mechatronics/Controls Engineering as a minimum. /liliExperience in a similar role. /liliExtensive proven hands‑on experience working within an industrial automation environment. /liliUnderstanding of PLC development tools (Siemens, Rockwell…). /liliGood understanding of electrical and electronic technical manuals and drawings. /liliUnderstanding of design requirements such as Machine Directive and its standards, including safety standards. /liliGood understanding of distributed control systems. /liliExtensive understanding of software testing and emulation. /liliUnderstanding of automated warehouse desirable but not essential. /li /ulh3Special Conditions /h3ulliAbility to work under minimum supervision. /liliAble to work under pressure. /liliCooperate within the team. /liliEnglish speaker. /liliWilling to learn about all Dematic subsystems. /liliWilling to do small RD topic. /liliFull driver’s license to support the travel requirements of the role. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
