This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in maintaining a safe, secure, and compliant working environment across our LW facilities within a dynamic, global organisation. /p pIn this role, you’ll support the day‑to‑day operation and maintenance of critical security systems, while working closely with the Global Security Projects and Systems (GSPS) team to ensure regional compliance with company‑wide standards. You’ll contribute to audits, support investigations, and play an important role in the delivery of global security initiatives under the guidance of the Global EHSS Director. /p pWe're looking for people who are full of ideas, want to challenge the norm and work to our core values… /p h3Core Values /h3 ul liDare to be Bold – We always bring courage to work to reach for the unbelievable. /li liUphold Integrity – We promote accountability and respect to raise the bar for ourselves and the industry. /li liNever Settle – We relentlessly push forward to create the extraordinary in every detail. /li liCelebrate Perspectives – We combine diverse talent to look at the familiar in unfamiliar ways. /li liWin as a Team – We bring out the best in each other to share collective success. /li /ul h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liSupport the Global Security Projects and Systems Manager across security systems, investigations, and processes. /li liAssist with the installation, operation, and maintenance of CCTV, access control, burglar, and fire alarm systems to ensure operational readiness. /li liPromote and support compliance with all applicable security and regulatory requirements. /li liLiaise with external contractors, vendors, and suppliers regarding maintenance and construction‑related activities. /li liPrepare and review reports to ensure investigations are completed thoroughly and effectively. /li liSupport safety and security audits, investigations, and global risk or threat assessments. /li liMonitor and report any criminal or suspicious activity to the relevant authorities where required. /li liAssist in training security officers on corporate safety and security procedures. /li liMonitor life safety systems to ensure all equipment remains fully operational. /li liCollaborate with the Risk team to support background checks for employees, contractors, and vendors. /li liCoordinate the issuance of access badges for new starters across the region. /li liWork closely with global security teams to ensure programme readiness and alignment. /li liCompile data and key performance indicators to support continuous improvement of security systems. /li liSupport duty of care initiatives for global traveller safety and security. /li liAssist with tracking and investigation of global deliveries where required. /li liProvide general support across security projects and activities as directed by management. /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring /h3 ul liProven experience working with regional or global security systems and programmes. /li liStrong working knowledge of CCTV systems (e.g., Avigilon), access control (e.g., ProWatch), and alarm systems (e.g., Tyco). /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel). /li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. /li liA proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities. /li liExperience in project coordination or management is beneficial. /li liHighly organised, dependable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. /li liA customer‑focused approach with the ability to support and train others. /li /ul pPlease note, we are unable to sponsor visas at this time.
