The position will report to the Project Manager Officer assigned (tutor) and will help fully developing collection of Leather Goods and Accessories within established time, cost and quality standards. /ppbInternships at LOEWE: /b /pulliYou must be currently enrolled in studies that allow you to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca) with your university /liliIf you are from the UE you must have a student NIE. If you are from outside the UE, you need a working permit. /liliOur internships run for 6-12 months full time /li /ulpbYour role will be: /b /ppAs part of the PMO area, in the Development department at LOEWE, you will: /pulliParticipate in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects relevant to the company. /liliYour daily tasks will include: /liliAnalyze and optimize business processes to improve operational efficiency, including the identification of bottlenecks, clarification of roles and responsibilities (RACI matrices), and implementation of process improvements. /liliIdentify standardization opportunities across Product Development activities and contribute to the design and implementation of best practices, procedures, and governance frameworks. /liliSupport cross-functional project coordination, ensuring alignment between teams and facilitating the timely achievement of project milestones, deliverables, and objectives. /liliMonitor collection calendars and milestones /liliTrack project progress and action plans, following up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines and commitments are met. /liliPrepare project documentation, meeting minutes, status reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and project teams. /liliThis is a full-time, in-person position, located in Getafe. /lilibStart Date: /b July, 2026 /li /ulpbAbout you: /b /pulliAnalytical skills to interpret data and extract key conclusions. /liliExperience in program and project management, including planning and execution of activities. /liliEffective communication skills to collaborate and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. /liliIntermediate Excel skills. /liliProactivity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment will be positively valued. /li /ulpWe are committed to a culture that welcomes all genders, ethnicities, socioeconomic backgrounds, and abilities, including people with disabilities of all types.
