This role is based in our Barcelona office and follows an onsite work schedule of five days per week.ResponsibilitiesLead production planning and day‑to‑day execution for external art teams supporting multiple projects, partnering with art leads, directors, and cross‑discipline stakeholders to align priorities, schedules, dependencies, and deliverables.Build and maintain production tracking across external art workstreams, ensuring clear ownership, realistic dates, and actionable status visibility.Drive effective collaboration with vendors and partner teams through recurring syncs, milestone reviews, risk tracking, and follow‑up actions.Identify production risks early and proactively drive mitigation plans, ensuring asset plans, staffing assumptions, and delivery timelines remain grounded, deliberate, and aligned to project needs across multiple overlapping initiatives.Help maintain healthy collaboration between Infinity Ward Spain and external partners by promoting clarity, accountability, and strong communication across studios.Work across all art disciplines as needed, with particular strength in supporting outsourced and externally developed environment art pipelines.Champion continuous improvement by driving production best practices, process consistency, and adoption of new workflows, tools, and ways of working across internal and external teams.Provide clear status, risks, priorities, and tradeoffs to stakeholders across the studio and partner groups to support informed decision‑making and alignment.QualificationsExperience10+ years of AAA production experience, including meaningful support of external art teams, outsource vendors, or distributed development partners.Proven ability to drive cross‑functional production alignment, track execution, and ensure follow‑through across internal and external teams.Extensive experience supporting art development pipelines in AAA game production environments.Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Games Technology, Business Development, or a related field.Key AttributesExcellent production fundamentals, including planning, scheduling, dependency management, stakeholder communication, and risk management.Deep understanding of how art pipelines operate, especially where multiple teams contribute to shared content goals.Ability to bring structure and predictability to fast‑moving production environments.Sound judgment, strong organizational skills, and close attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures, time zones, and disciplines.A collaborative mindset and the ability to build trust with artists, leads, vendors, and production peers.Strong working knowledge of modern game engines and development pipelines, with the ability to collaborate effectively with art, technical, and production teams.Extra PointsProven ability to collaborate effectively with global, cross‑timezone teams and external partners.Application MaterialsResumeCover letter (optional)Equal Opportunity StatementActivision is an Equal Opportunity Employer. xhfqzwm All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, protected veteran status, or any other basis protected by applicable law, and will not be discriminated against on the basis of disability.#J-18808-Ljbffr
