/h3 h3Architecture Platform Ownership /h3 ul liDefine, design, and govern end‑to‑end architecture across frontend, middleware, APIs, backend, and integration layers, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, security, scalability, and performance requirements. /li liDrive technology strategy and architectural roadmap for web platforms (B2C, B2B, eCommerce), including cross‑platform dependencies and integrations. /li liLead platform‑level initiatives focused on performance optimization, scalability, caching strategies (CDN/edge), and operational resilience; identify and address systemic gaps, bottlenecks, and technical debt across the platform. /li liEstablish observability frameworks, SLOs, and reliability metrics (e.g., Core Web Vitals), and lead RCA with durable fixes. /li /ul h3Technical Leadership Solutioning /h3 ul liAct as the technical authority for complex system design, architecture decisions, and critical delivery milestones. /li liProvide hands‑on guidance in architecture reviews, solution design, and key code areas; mentor engineering teams to improve engineering quality and maturity. /li liTranslate business requirements into scalable, implementation‑ready solutions, ensuring feasibility and alignment with platform strategy. /li liGuide adoption of modern architecture patterns including modular/monorepo architectures, microservices, API‑first and event‑driven designs. /li liEnforce engineering best practices in secure coding, performance optimization, and system reliability. /li /ul h3Governance, Quality Delivery Assurance /h3 ul liLead architecture governance, design reviews, and technical audits, ensuring adherence to standards, performance benchmarks, and regulatory requirements. /li liEnsure strong decision gates and quality checkpoints across the delivery lifecycle. /li liPartner closely with QA, DevOps, and Release Management to ensure robust CI/CD, release governance, and production readiness. /li liOversee impact analysis of changes across frontend, backend, APIs, caching layers, and integrations to ensure minimal risk and high release confidence. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Cross‑Functional Leadership /h3 ul liClearly communicate architecture vision, trade‑offs, and risk positions to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. /li liCollaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Business teams to align customer experience with platform capabilities. /li /ul h3Innovation Continuous Improvement /h3 ul liDrive adoption of modern web and platform engineering practices (API‑first, cloud‑native, headless CMS, composable architectures). /li liIntroduce tools, frameworks, and practices to improve developer productivity, platform performance, and delivery efficiency. /li liStay current with evolving technologies across frontend ecosystems, CMS, and digital commerce platforms. /li /ul h3What qualifications will make you successful for this role? /h3 pStrong experience in enterprise web platform architecture across frontend, backend, and integration layers. /p pDeep understanding of B2C, B2B, and eCommerce customer journeys (logged‑in and non‑logged‑in). /p pHands‑on expertise in: /p ul liSvelteKit, React, Angular, headless UI, SSR/CSR hybrid rendering, reusable components. /li liNode.js, Java, serverless architectures (e.g., Lambda), middleware aggregation, server‑side rendering. /li liThird‑party integrations for search, personalization, content indexing, APIs, microservices, and integration patterns with REST/GraphQL services. /li liCaching strategies (CDN, edge caching), reverse proxy routing, traffic handling. /li liCMS and composable platforms such as Builder.io and Spryker. /li /ul pExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), cloud service containers, API gateways, and messaging. /p pStrong understanding of scalability, performance engineering, resilience patterns, and security best practices, using Dynatrace, telemetry, and load‑testing tools such as JMeter; tracking Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP). /p pExposure to CI/CD, DevOps practices, observability, and monitoring tools. /p pAbility to own the complete solution lifecycle, from architecture through execution. /p pStrong communication and stakeholder management skills with a decisive problem‑solving mindset. /p h3Experience /h3 ul li12–18 years in software engineering. /li li5+ years in architect‑level roles leading large‑scale web platforms. /li liProven experience in platform transformation initiatives and multi‑team ecosystems. /li liCertifications such as TOGAF and AWS Architect. /li /ul h3Success Metrics /h3 ul liImproved platform stability, uptime, and Core Web Vitals performance. /li liReduction in production incidents and recurring defects. /li liDelivery of scalable, resilient, and maintainable architectures. /li liAdoption of architecture standards and governance frameworks across teams. /li /ul h3What will you get?
