Experteer Overview In this role you will drive end-to-end QA for squad products across mobile, web, and API interfaces, shaping test strategy and automation. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure release readiness and reliable performance. You will build and maintain test code, contribute to shared libraries, and champion quality practices. The role combines agility and security to support Schwarz Digits’ mission of digital sovereignty in Europe, at the intersection of CI/CD, cloud, and containerized environments. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Participate in grooming, design reviews and define acceptance criteria (BDD/Gherkin) • Create, update and maintain the test suite for squad products (mobile, web, API, data flows) • Write maintainable test code, helpers and fixtures; contribute to testing libraries/frameworks • Perform functional testing and assess results per Test Strategy (manual by value, automated by default) • Validate REST/GraphQL contracts and integrations (consumer-driven tests) • Execute non-functional testing: performance, reliability, security baseline, accessibility when relevant • Provide and track QA metrics (defect escape rate, flaky tests, coverage, MTTR, lead time to detect) • Collaborate on test data management and stable environments (containers/Kubernetes) • Advocate quality culture, facilitate bug bashes and coaching on testing practices • Contribute to go/no-go criteria, risk assessment and post-release validation Responsabilidades • Hands-on automation of UI and API tests integrated into CI pipelines • Experience in cross-functional agile teams • Practical knowledge of BDD (Gherkin) and acceptance criteria collaboration • Experience testing mobile apps on Android/iOS with real devices or emulators • Strong experience testing REST/GraphQL services (functional and negative scenarios) • Programming in Python (or TypeScript/C#) • CI/CD experience (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) with parallelization and flaky-test control • Familiarity with Azure and/or Google Cloud; Docker/Kubernetes test environments • Experience with modern frontend stacks (React/React Native) and testing tools (Playwright, Maestro, Cypress, Appium, Detox) Requisitos principales •
