Experteer Overview In this role you will safeguard global HR data quality to enable reliable decision-making and AI readiness. You will bridge data governance, HR tech, and process excellence to address data issues and drive scalable fixes. You’ll collaborate with global teams to implement governance policies, ensure standardization, and support both operational reporting and AI-driven initiatives. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position in a hybrid Barcelona hub with a clear focus on data integrity and scalable governance. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Assess downstream impact of data quality issues on payroll, reporting, integrations, and AI model inputs • Conduct root cause analyses to separate isolated errors from systemic issues • Collaborate with Global Process Owner and Workday teams to implement fixes via process changes, configuration, or governance updates • Translate business data quality needs into actionable technical specs for teams • Prepare and execute data correction actions compliant with governance standards • Monitor global HR data standards adoption across regions • Detect and flag local deviations that threaten global data consistency • Escalate risks to data consistency, AI readiness, and reporting accuracy • Support data standardization through investigation, evidence gathering, and profiling • Design and maintain automated data validation and anomaly detection routines • Produce structured investigation outputs (Issue, Root Cause, Risk, Recommendation) Responsabilidades • 3–5 years in data quality, governance, HR data management, or related analytics • Experience with Workday HCM or similar enterprise HR platforms • Proven data investigations experience with actionable findings • Experience in global, matrixed organizations with cross-functional stakeholders • Proficiency in Excel/Power Query, SQL, or equivalent • Experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields, and data auditing • Familiarity with data remediation, including mass data loads and EIB or equivalent • Understanding of HR data domains (employee records, org structures, compensation, payroll, reporting) • Exposure to AI/ML data readiness concepts and data quality impact on models • Experience with data quality platforms or monitoring tools (e.g., Informatica, Collibra, Ataccama) • Scripting/automation for data validation (e.g., Python, Power Automate) • Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy implications in HR data management • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration across HR, Finance, Payroll, IT Requisitos principales • salary range: 36,000–54,000 • hybrid work setup (Barcelona hub) • employee benefit programs • opportunities for growth • diversity and inclusion actions
