Here, your knowledge, creativity and passion truly matter. /p pFEV is a playground for explorers and problem-solvers who want to challenge the status quo — and themselves. /p pHere, this is your place. /p pPosition: Functional engineers (Experience in Diesel or Gasoline for ICE/xHEV/EV applications) /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDrive and ensure the development of their system functions and technical convergence, in collaboration with project teams, SW architects, SW developers, and validation team. /li liEnsure that your system requirements are traceable to high-level requirements and validation plans. /li liDesign and validation of the system architecture within the internal client process. /li liTranslate the system requirements (official rules, OBD, safety, functional requirements, performance, maintenance, etc.) in SW functional requirements and functional specifications for the components (sensors and actuators of the engine management system). /li liDevelopment of the SCDR (System Control Design Review) file to discuss the adaptability of your requirements with the current software with SW Architect and all interlocutors involved. /li liDesign of the generic validation plans for his/her functions. /li liManagement of the SW function development in the upstream phase of the projects and assurance of the technical convergencies for his functions /li /ul h3Safety engineers /h3 ul liIdentification and validation of the downgraded modes /li liHARA and ElCps (Risk assessment), FTA (Failure hierarchy assessment), FMEA (Impacts of failures modes assessment) /li liDevelopment of dysfunctional tests. /li liElaboration of FSC/TSC (Functional and technical concepts and requirements). /li /ul h3What We Value /h3 ul liPrior experience in the automotive industry, systems engineering, or powertrain RD are valuable /li liPrevious experience with diesel in Calibration, System engineering or Model based design related to combustion, air system or post-treatment. /li liPrevious experience with Range extender applications in Calibration, System engineering or Model based design related to combustion, air system, post-treatment or hybrid management. /li liUnderstanding of Powertrain Standards, diagnostics tools and functional safety /li liKnowledge in Matlab/Simulink environment /li liA proficient level of English is required to comprehend input documents and deliver outputs with a high standard of written quality.
