As a bHuman Resources Coordinator /b, you’re not just providing support to HR department managers – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pHere’s what you’ll do during a typical day: /p ul liProvide exceptional front office support: Welcome and assist guests, applicants, and team members with prompt, professional, and courteous service /li liSupport daily office operations: Provide administrative support such as word processing, data entry, filing, and copying to support HR department operations /li liManage communication: Handle phone calls, emails, mail processing, and meeting coordination /li liCoordinate travel arrangements: Organize and manage bookings for HR department managers /li liSupport special projects: Assist with departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3What It Takes to Make the Stay /h3 pAt Hilton, Our Core Values Define What It Takes To Succeed Here And Guide The Qualities We Look For In Every Team Member /p ul li1 or 2 years of experience in HR departments is required. Previous experience in the hospitality sector will be highly valued. /li liFoundational knowledge of Spanish labor laws. /li liPrevious experience in recruiting and selecting hospitality professionals. /li liExperience with MS Office applications and Outlook /li liKnowledge of payroll processes. Knowledge of A3NOM software will be considered an asset. /li liKnowledge of employee hiring administrative processes in compliance with Spanish labor law requirements. /li liExperience in the use and management of Human Resources software. /li liHigh level of English (B2-C1) /li liKnowledge in organizing initiatives aligned with Corporate Social Responsibility objectives. /li liInterested in employee recognition and well-being initiatives. /li liStrong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and teamwork skills. /li /ul pA passion for spreading the light and warmth of bHospitality /b.
