Sea Recovery Centre | Sotogrande, Spain Sea Recovery Centre is a premium residential rehabilitation centre providing world-class care for individuals recovering from addiction, mental health challenges, burnout, and behavioural health conditions. We are looking for an exceptional Support Worker to join our multidisciplinary team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping others, thrives in a structured environment, and is committed to delivering outstanding client care with professionalism, compassion, and integrity. This is a non-clinical role where you will play an essential part in supporting clients throughout their recovery journey while helping maintain the high standards for which Sea Recovery is known. Key Responsibilities Support clients throughout their daily programme and encourage active engagement. Maintain a safe, structured, and welcoming therapeutic environment. Observe clients and promptly report any changes in mood, behaviour, or wellbeing. Complete accurate documentation, reports, and detailed shift handovers. Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care. Maintain professional boundaries and strict confidentiality at all times. Assist with day-to-day operational tasks and contribute to the smooth running of the centre. Represent Sea Recovery with professionalism, discretion, and empathy. Essential Requirements Fluent English (spoken and written), and at least conversational Spanish. Legal right to work in Spain. Valid Category B driving licence. Previous experience in hospitality, healthcare, residential care, luxury service, or wellbeing environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Comfortable using digital systems for documentation and reporting. Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
