During the winter, when the store is closed, you'll support the team with inventory, logistics and operational projects as we prepare for the next season. /p pThis isn't just a seasonal retail position. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with the brand and become an important part of the Capote team as we continue to expand internationally. /p h3What you'll be doing /h3 h3Summer (May - September) /h3 ul liRunning the Ibiza flagship store /li liWelcoming and assisting customers /li liCreating a memorable shopping experience /li liProcessing sales through Shopify /li liKeeping the store beautifully presented /li liManaging stock and inventory /li liPreparing and shipping online orders /li liReceiving deliveries /li liSupporting events and pop-ups when needed /li /ul h3Winter (October - April) /h3 pWith the store closed, you'll work closely with the operations team on a variety of projects, including: /p ul liCustomer support /li liOrganising inventory and stock /li liPreparing wholesale and online orders /li liCoordinating logistics and shipments /liliPreparing sample sets for agents and distributors /li liOrganising products and materials for international trade fairs such as MIDO and SILMO /li liSupporting new collection launches/marketing materials /li liAssisting with operational projects and improving internal processes /li /ul h3We're looking for someone who... /h3 ul libSpeaks fluent English /b /li liSpeaks profound Spanish (or is happy to learn) /li liHas experience in retail, luxury goods, or fashion /li liEnjoys delivering excellent customer service /li liIs organised, reliable and proactive /li liLoves working with people while also enjoying operational tasks behind the scenes /li liHas experience with Shopify or similar POS systems /li liIs confident using Excel or Google Sheets /li liHas worked with Slack or similar communication tools /li liUnderstands inventory management and stock control /li liHas an eye for detail and presentation /li liFits naturally with the Capote brand and enjoys being part of a creative, international and dynamic team /li liA plus if you know how to use Photoshop/Canvas, and set up social media campaigns /li /ul h3You’ll love this role if... /h3 ul liYou enjoy variety and learning new things. /li liYou like taking ownership and finding solutions. /li liYou’re equally happy helping a customer find the perfect sunglasses and organising inventory in the stockroom. /li liYou enjoy working in a small team where everyone contributes. /li liYou’re looking for a long-term opportunity to grow with an independent brand rather than just a seasonal job. /li /ul h3After your first year... /h3 ul liThe Ibiza store runs smoothly and confidently under your management. /li liInventory is accurate and well organised. /li liCustomers leave with an exceptional experience. /li liTrade fairs and sample sets are prepared on time. /li liLogistics run efficiently throughout the year. /li liYou’ve become a trusted member of the Capote team and are ready to take on more responsibility as the brand grows. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
