You will ensure that safety is fully integrated into daily operations and that all applicable laws, regulations, and company standards are strictly followed. /p pWorking closely with managers and employees, you will play a key role in building and strengthening a proactive safety culture across the site. /p ul liTake ownership of Health Safety performance and legal compliance within the Distribution Centre. /li liTranslate the corporate Occupational Health Safety strategy into effective local implementation and action plans. /li liImplement, monitor, and continuously improve safety procedures, policies, and guidelines. /li liConduct risk assessments, workplace inspections, and initiate preventive and corrective measures. /li liInvestigate, manage, and follow up on incidents, near misses, and improvement actions. /li liDevelop and implement Health Safety objectives, KPIs, and action plans. /li liPromote a strong safety culture and encourage active employee participation in safety initiatives. /li liCoordinate safety training programmes and ensure high levels of safety awareness throughout the organisation. /li liPartner with managers, teams, and key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. /li liEnsure compliance with all relevant Health Safety legislation, company policies, and regulatory requirements. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pWhat You Bring /p ul liRelevant academic qualifications and/or proven experience in Health Safety. /li liSeveral years of relevant professional experience in a similar role. /li liExperience with safety management systems (e.g., ISO 45001) and a solid understanding of applicable Occupational Health Safety legislation. /li liStrong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. /li liWillingness to travel to other Distribution Centres abroad—we will, of course, take care of flights and accommodation. /li liGood command of English, both written and spoken. /li liThe ability to build strong relationships and foster a proactive safety culture across the business. /li liAn analytical approach to identifying risks, driving improvements, and delivering sustainable results. /li liA hands‑on mindset with the confidence to lead change and continuously improve workplace safety. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pWorking at JYSK means bbuilding the future together /b.
