This is a highly visible, client-facing role responsible for supporting Periodic Review, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and ongoing KYC remediation activities, while driving collaboration across teams in Spain, India, Peru, and the UK. /p pThe successful candidate will build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, identify operational improvement opportunities, manage escalations, and help shape evolving processes to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liServe as the primary onsite contact for client stakeholders across Periodic Review operations and technology. /li liDevelop a deep understanding of the Periodic Review lifecycle, including customer reviews, KYC remediation, due diligence refreshes, documentation validation, exception management and regulatory requirements. /li liIdentify process improvements, operational risks, and technology gaps while driving solutions through to resolution. /li liPartner with client stakeholders and global eClerx teams to define procedures, improve governance, and standardize operating practices. /li liCoordinate priorities, manage escalations, and communicate effectively across global teams. /li liBuild strong working relationships and represent delivery status, risks, and recommendations with confidence and professionalism. /li /ul h3Eligibility Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 5+ years of experience in FCC, KYC/AML, Periodic Review, Customer Due Diligence, Financial Crime Operations, or similar client-facing operational roles within financial services. /li liFluent written and spoken English and Spanish. /li liStrong stakeholder management and communication skills with experience working directly with clients. /li liProven ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and drive issues through to resolution. /li liExperience with workflow or case management platforms (such as Appian, Fen-X, or similar) is preferred. /li liStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. /li liWillingness to travel internationally and collaborate across multiple time zones. /li liEU work authorization required. /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 pWe're looking for someone who is proactive, highly autonomous, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and processes continue to evolve.
