Impressive, right? /p pTo achieve our mission, we are looking for bar‑raisers with a hands‑on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment! /p pReady to be part of the experience? /p pNow, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission. /p h3ABOUT THE ROLE /h3 pThe bPlaza Project Manager /b is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of operations within bLa Plaza /b, the main public area of the Fan Zone. The role leads coordination between bProduction, Operations, Food Beverage, Entertainment, Security, Partners /b, and suppliers, ensuring a safe, efficient operation and a high‑quality experience for attendees throughout the bLoad‑In /b, bEvent Operations /b, and bLoad‑Out /b phases. /p pYou will: /p ul liPlan, coordinate, and oversee all operations within La Plaza during the setup, event, and dismantling phases. /li liAct as the primary operational point of contact between the various operational teams, suppliers, and stakeholders involved in the management of La Plaza. /li liCoordinate the setup, operation, and dismantling of infrastructure, ensuring compliance with the agreed planning, quality, and safety standards. /li liOversee the operation of food beverage outlets, entertainment areas, public seating and relaxation spaces, and guest services, ensuring they operate efficiently throughout the event. /li liCoordinate the entertainment programme and stage operations in collaboration with the Production and Stage Management teams. /li liMonitor crowd flows, queue management systems, and occupancy levels, working closely with the Security, Safety, Access Control, and Operations teams to ensure safe and efficient circulation. /li liLead the operational team assigned to La Plaza, coordinating supervisors, production assistants, runners, and temporary staff. /li liManage operational incidents, taking ownership of decision‑making within the area and escalating issues that may impact the delivery of the event. /li liMaintain the necessary coordination with the contact designated by Fever, providing regular updates on operational status, incidents, and operational requirements. /li liPrepare operational reports, monitoring project documentation, supplier performance, and the achievement of operational objectives. /li /ul h3DELIVERABLES /h3 ul liLa Plaza Operational Plan, where applicable. /li liOperational schedule covering the bLoad‑In /b, bEvent Operations /b, and bLoad‑Out /b phases. /li liDaily operational status and incident reports, when requested by Fever. /li liRecords of operational incidents and corrective actions implemented. /li liFinal operational report, including a summary of incidents, supplier performance evaluation, lessons learned, and recommendations for future editions. /li /ul pThe bSupplier /b shall provide the bServices /b as an independent self‑employed professional, organising independently the resources and methods necessary for their performance, without prejudice to the coordination required with bFever /b. /p h3OUR HIRING PROCESS /h3 ul liA 30 min video call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers, to better understand your career plan, assess cultural fit, and answer any questions you may have. /li liA 45 min video call /li /ul pOn average our process lasts 15 working days and offers usually follow within a week. /p p#LI‑Fulltime #LI‑Hybrid /p pThank you for considering joining Fever.
