Imagine being at the heart of service order and logistics coordination, where you will track materials, process service requests, and assist in planning and cost monitoring of operational activities. You will engage with global teams to ensure the smooth activation and dispatch of technicians, making a real impact on our projects. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be key as you contribute to our mission in the renewable energy sector. /p h3How You’ll Make an Impact /h3 ul liMonitor and follow up on the status of material orders and deliveries to ensure timely execution. /li liRequest and process Service Orders (SvOs) in collaboration with global teams to streamline operations. /li liManage the activation and dispatch of technicians for specific Service Orders based on project requirements. /li liReview and verify cost allocations and expenses associated with Service Orders to maintain budget integrity. /li liAssist in planning costs and timelines, ensuring accurate documentation for all service-related activities. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liYou are currently a student, eager to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment. /li liStrong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing administrative tasks effectively. /li liYou possess effective communication skills, enabling you to interact with team members and global partners. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry skills will help you excel in this role. /li liA B1 level in English is required, allowing you to maintain conversations and collaborate with diverse teams. /li /ul h3About the Team /h3 pYou will be part of a multidisciplinary team focused on operations, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.
