This role blends student services, administrative coordination, and social and engagement program management. /p pWe’re looking for a highly organized, customer‑focused individual with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a knack for problem‑solving. You’ll be the first point of contact for many students, ensuring a welcoming environment, smooth administration, and a vibrant social and cultural program. If you’re passionate about helping others, thrive in a multicultural environment, and are eager to contribute to a positive student experience, this role could be a perfect fit! /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Student Services /h3 ul liOversee the arrival and orientation of new students, ensuring a smooth and friendly first experience. /li liSupport students with general requests, including local information and emergencies, and be the main point of contact during office hours. /li liAdvise students pre‑departure and help resolve any questions or concerns. /li liCover the school reception during operating hours: answer inquiries in person, by phone, WhatsApp, and email, and assist potential new visitors. /li liServe as the 24‑hour emergency contact on a rotational basis with the team. /li /ul h3Administration /h3 ul liProcess new student enrollments and withdrawals, ensuring the student database is kept up to date and all records are accurately maintained. /li liKeep the Student Portal current by uploading schedules, announcements, resources, and other relevant program information to ensure students have timely and easy access to essential updates. /li liMonitor tuition and program fee payments, follow up with students regarding outstanding balances, and keep accurate payment‑tracking records. /li liManage printing, photocopying, and the purchase of teaching materials according to faculty needs. /li /ul h3Activities, Trips Cultural Engagement /h3 ul liDesign, promote, and deliver the activities agenda aligned with student interests, incorporating both free and paid options. /li liOrganize cultural workshops, social events, and weekend trips in partnership with trusted providers, ensuring high quality and clear communication of costs, meeting points, and schedules. /li liMaintain annual event and trip calendars, taking into account seasonality and maximizing student participation. /li liOversee student satisfaction with the cultural engagement piece, ensuring an average rating of 90% or higher. /li liOrchestrate photo archive. /li liCoordinate and accompany on‑site activities and day trips, occasionally during weekends, ensuring smooth logistics and a positive student experience. /li /ul h3Feedback Quality Assurance /h3 ul liDistribute and collect student feedback forms. /li liAnalyze feedback and elaborate evaluation reports. /li liLog, follow up, and resolve complaints within established timelines. /li liCommunicate relevant feedback to department heads and management, ensuring quick resolution and continuous improvement. /li /ul h3Additional Duties /h3 ul liSupport and assist other departments when necessary and provide assistance when other employees are on leave (academics, internships, housing, activities, front desk, etc.). /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liPerfect fit with the company’s values /li liHigh energy, positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills. /li liStrong administrative skills: organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask. /li liExperience in International Education. /li liExperience in customer service, event coordination, or hospitality. /li liNative‑level Spanish and advanced proficiency in English are required.
